Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

I am able to send items directly to a recipient, just add their address into the Shipping details during checkout. I am also able to handwrite a message with your order to include in the parcel, just add your message into your notes at checkout.

Please note that at busy times such as holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. If your item is urgent or for a special occasion please do get in touch.

International shipping is currently not available.

Packaging

I use 100% plastic free packaging.

Each piece will come in cardboard or paper based packaging and is all fully recyclable.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis so please consider carefully before purchasing an item. Returns are not accepted on pre-orders, seconds or made-to-order items. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach me and I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned.

In the unlikely event that your pieces arrive broken, please let me know as soon as possible via email with pictures of the damage.
